Alanna Olken's work rests on a single idea: you can have the best idea in the world, but if you can't talk about it in a compelling way, it won't go anywhere. She has built her career on closing that gap.

She began her career at Bloomberg LP and CNN. She then became Chief Operating Officer of the Jain Family Institute, a think tank in NYC.

She comes from a long line of entrepreneurs and always expected to work for herself eventually. After moving to California to start a new chapter with her husband, she opened Speechless.

Alanna works with organizations including Yale Ventures, Circle Wealth Management, and Pembrooke and Ives, along with leaders at Anthropic, Google, Citadel, and Goldman Sachs.

She holds a bachelor's degree from Johns Hopkins University and splits her time between New York and San Francisco.
